Nova Dynamics Srl is part of a Group that operates in the design, construction and development of real estate. We operate in EU, in the UAE and Oman. 
In particular for Oman, we have been commissioned to verify the possibility of an agreement with an agency like yours with an important professional caliber for the commercial development of real estate in this area.
The project involves the construction and sale of 54 villas in Sohar a splendid and ancient city of the Oman. These are villas of 200 square meters living over 100 square meters of roof top also equipped with private swimming pool, plus garden and parking and, as a common part of the compound, large swimming pool, common gardens, gym, children's area, supermarket and h. 24 guard service. These villas have a very high quality/price ratio. Today these units have a purchase price of $ 185,000.00 or 72,000.00 OMR Rials per single unit, conditions that cannot be found in the territorial area in which they are located and for which a significant increase in value is expected in the short term, which makes the purchase even more attractive. It is a valid project for customers whether they intend to use the houses for themselves, or whether they intend to rent them (15/20% annual income) or for investment.

The trading conditions are advantageous and transparent. For the project in Sohar, as also explained in the attached summary, there is a commission for you of 5% which becomes 10% in the case of sales within 90 days of signing the partnership agreement.

We can confirm right now that we are also about to launch other important projects that will make our business relationship stable and profitable over time. For example, a new luxury construction consisting of 500 real estate units including villas, apartments and commercial in Muscat will soon start, with the characteristic of being by the sea. We will soon provide you with details and images for this important realization as well.
