DarGlobal is pleased to announce the commission structure for the month of December 2024.

Notes
- The first half of the eligible commission will be paid upon clearance of 10% payment of the property price, registration fee (where applicable), and any other fees (if applicable) with the signed sale and purchase agreement/contract by both parties and all required documents.
- The second half of the eligible commission will be paid upon clearance of 20% payment of the property price, registration fee (where applicable), and any other fees (if applicable) with the signed sale and purchase agreement/contract by both parties and all required documents.
- Kindly note that subject to the local tax laws in various markets (Oman, Qatar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, UK, and KSA) withholding tax will be deducted from the commission amount as applicable.
